Bayview resorts is a beautiful hotel with wonderful service and polite staff. The only issue I had was the stench of weed or cigarettes which I found uncomfortable when I entered my room.

Horrible customer service, very rude and uncouth staff. Building is actually fancy on the outside you’d think it’s a 4 star but I wouldn’t even rate them a 2 star hotel. It’s sad a lot of people shouldn’t be in the hospitality business because they don’t know how.

Very cool and exclusive hotel. Beautifully rendered. As an architect, I designed 2 of the hotels of the brand in Enugu and Owerri.

Something off with its Big and Gigantic look; Probably the ambience. Hinged at a very disadvantaged position, the road traffic could keep you hanging outside for an hour before getting to the gate. Amazing interior and a good customer service.

The hotel environment is nice and the lift works just perfectly but, passing through the stairs and walkways gave me a different impression of the hotel as they smelled bad and were stuffy. I recommend vent systems for these areas and proper air refreshing. This also applies to rooms that are not occupied. Generally, the exterior is photo-friendly.

Wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, the food is great and the customer service is lovely.
