Had to use their gyno clinic sometime last year and the gynecologist I met there wasn’t ready to clearly explain what I was going through or listen to me. He was very dismissive of my concerns

The new face of First Rivers Hospital has really changed alot of things, friendly, dedicated and professional staffs, latest modern medical facilities, neat, safe u0026 serene environment and very quick responses to emergencies. One of the best hospitals in the Garden City

Nice and Seren place for treatment

Terrible patient "customer" service. The staff, including the cleaners behave like they're working in a government hospital, not empathetic, slow in responding to concerns of patient. The environment inside is not very clean, poorly maintained even though it looks pleasant from outside. Poor maintenance culture is the bane of Nigerian infrastructure.

Pretty organized. The computerized operations makes for quick turn around. The staff were courteous. Service was quick. I have used it two times and I am happy with services I received. The idea of one generalissimo evaluating patients and changing priorities on the fly is novel and good. The equipment needs upgrading. I saw dated stethoscope and blood pressure measuring tool that needs coaxing to work

It's moderate. Mixture of rude and nice staff but I encounter mostly the nice ones... Maybe because I'm nice... I can't say much about their services because I haven't been admitted before. I only go to visit patients as part of my community service... And the nurses have been very helpful.

So I was rushed to the hospital 2 minutes ago on emergency.

I was quickly received and attended to even before they started my documentation. The hospital is just great and their value for life is very commendable.

I would recommend this hospital to anyone in port Harcourt and environs.
