Airpeace staff are rude and extremely unruly. They’re wicked and try to look for every means to extract money from you! This has been my experience not once or twice but severally! My advice is for y’all to use aero. Rubbish

The costumer service was very good but the office is hidden with no good sign post and the google map direction is out of order it take one to different place that is not within Air Peace office

If air peace is giving a free ticket to fly with them please decline. A flight of 11am and 5.43pm still at the airport. The worst airline in nigeria....

The agents here have to understand that there are situations that warrant 100 percent concentration not attending taking it as if a favour is being done instead of offering top notched service

'Customer service' had two of her children at the desk. It kinda brings a new perspective to an irate customer as I was. I mean who was she attending to. Not a pleasant experience.

It was a good customer experience as usual... One flaw is the location... You can easily miss the office as its behind a restaurant unless you ask questions.
