They should take better care of their vehicle. The transportation services offered was fairly good. There was kinda a delay in departure time. It was fairly okay but the waiting area was good, their customer's service was also good but their departure time was the real issue....

Ekeson leases her space to unregistered drivers. This anomaly has become a norm around the Waterlines axis. I regretted following their signboard; I landed a receipt which had almost no detail.

I understand that transportation businesses were the most affected since the pandemic. But lives are put at risk here over peanuts.

Well, experienced travellers, who reside in Port Harcourt, avoid these traps.

As a novice, please consider registered vehicles first. When issued a receipt, confirm that its detail corresponds to the boarding vehicle before paying.

And to avoid harassment, never reveal your destination to the road boys.

Please stay watchful.

Do not enter. It's a Very horrible transport company. Entered one from Waterlines in PH to Akokwa but i was dropped half way at Owerri under the rain without refund. This is the Number plate of the vehicle. They are very wicked people.

The drive/his boys should always communicate with the passengers on board if they have a problem instead of making decisions on their own without telling the people on board why they stop or anything else

The park not accessible due to flood. Customers are made to run after the bus. Customers sat anyhow, and refusing others to sit next to them even though everybody paid same fare of N10,000. Customer service is zero.

Took a port Harcourt to Lagos bus and didn't exactly enjoy the trip.
Driver picked passengers on the road, who stood on the aisle and leaned on others.

Their transport is very good, their driver don't do competition with others driver on the road and they abide the traffic rules and the regulations.
