We visited EDEN KINGDOM LOUNGE

The first Christian Lounge and Restaurant in the city of Port Harcourt, Eden is an upscale u0026 trendy restaurant.
Walking into the place just gives you that gospel vibe. They play gospel songs and smoking/alcohol is not allowed here.

The customer service we got was fantastic, they have polite staff too
They told us the food would be ready in 15 minutes and they kept to time.

What we had;
Eden firewood jollof rice with peppered beef and side salad [3,500]
Eba and rivers native soup [4,000]
Pounded yam and egusi [3,000]
3 bottles of Pineapple juice which magically turned to Orange juice
The food was okay! Good worth for your money

Flaws.
-No periwinkle in native soup
-It was so hot /AC not working
-pineapple juice was tasting like orange( don’t know if we were deceived or it was our tastebuds). We Immediately beckoned on the waiters/servers and they were telling us how orange is mixed with pineapple blah blah ( when I say pineapple, I want pineapple- I didn’t ask for mixtures because I felt like I was deceived)

Overall,Eden Kingdom Lounge is a good place for good food. it's also very picture friendly and picturesque, it’s a very relaxing spot and I enjoyed my time there! I would probably visit again

In the outskirt of New GRA, Port Harcourt, towards Olu-Obasanjo road/Water lines axis.

Great place, awesome aesthetics, NO VULGAR OR LOUD MUSIC!! a VIP section, a sit in section with a library????, and an outdoor area with Karaoke mics, ???? surround Sound System and a screen????.

They basically understand that people leave their houses for a variety of reasons.

I made reservations for my family and friends before our arrival for a very small token, quite an organised outfit. Actually Lost track of time because it was a great place to be, plus it was my birthday.

Food was great, although it took forever to prepare, if they work on their order turn around time, their toilet facilities ???? and probably get a second Karaoke mic, they'll get a 5 from me.

Great place to be in general.

I needed a serene and comfortable place to be with a friend, went online searched, saw some feeds and chose Eden Lounge u0026 Restaurant, based on the reviews I read. I took it upon myself to add mine to also help anyone who may seek similar place.

Their food is as good as home made. It tastes so natural and delicious. The ambience of the place is perfect. Personally, I am uncomfortable with the smoke and smell of cigarettes and some beers, so not having any of both was heavenly to me.

I was fed with some soul soothing music and not the regular circular kinds. The service was wonderful. I am tempted to mention a name but it may be unethical; that particular guy was so good at his service. Prompt, detailed, polite, patient, etc.

As for the restroom, I didn't have a need to use it so I can't say for or against the standard. I also didn't take good look at the parking lot. From a quick view though, it seems spacious but not for an overly busy day with say 15 cars available at the same time.

The one downside was the music from the adjoining building. Not sure what it was but I'd guess it's a church. Think they were having a Saturday rehearsal probably against Sunday service, and the distraction was so loud, my friend and I had to communicate by talking on top of our voices.

For the Price, well; I'd say it was fair. I must not end without appraising the dear moimoi 10/10. The recipe must be studied.

Our experience using this place for our event was quite an embarrassment. On one occasion, our meeting was delayed because the management saw no better time to get fuel than our meeting time. That same day, we experienced another 40 mins power outage because the fuel gotten was exhausted and they needed to get more fuel. Only one AC works fine so we had to be in heat. They even had to charge us an extra in the middle of the meeting, so they could get more fuel, outside the agreed amount.

If you want a good experience, stay away from this place. They are just too terrible.

Amazing lounge, with good food, the yam and egg sauce was yummy, my best is always the moi moi, that one you need to relax well chop am belle full.
