Situated in a lively environment
With good event centre,gym,swimming pool and night life.
Attitude of staff and reception very poor,
Environment is dirty,they don't discard dirts,some toilets don't flush,intercom doesn't work you have to climb all the many staircases to reach reception.
Cleaner is doing a very poor job,
Light and water scarcity,
Mosquitoes and cockroaches are in the bathroom.If you want luxury and a home far from home don't go there.

It's a wonderful place to be... Had a lot of fun swimming with some friends???? But I'll say the entrance is really bad during the rainy season. It get waterlogged. We had to fold up our trousers before crossing????????
But that aside, you have to come to De-Lasmall????????

We'll maintained swimming pool for kid and adults but no stable electricity. Friendly workers though

Hotel is nice but the management is poor. The bathroom in the room I stayed is so small and tight. I will advise they remove the bathtub with glass doors because it makes it extremely tight and uncomfortable to bathe. The cleaners are doing a very poor job. They claim to clean the rooms, but do not dry the wet bathroom floor and empty the trash. If properly managed is supposed to be a beautiful and nice hotel. We hope they improve on their services.
