General grounds are well kept, but rooms seem to be left in poor state. The room I stayed in had a broken toilet handle, no light in the bathroom and I noticed two other rooms on the same floor had issues so they weren't put up for guests which was the second time in a row I had visited within two months, and met the rooms in that state.

Housekeeping staff don't work overnight so you'll have to wait for the next day to get any issues fixed, once it's past 5pm

Beautiful and serene place. Just needs a little touch here and there to give it the desired results.
You are stuck with what is on their cables and no more even after you make a demand for change of channel.

Portharcourt was fun and comfortable with Daffodil Hotel, a nice environment and welcoming grace. The room service is also excellent, the rooms, bed, bathroom was amazingly great. My next visit to ph city will still lead me back there so I might share a video of the place with you guy. If you are looking for a hotel within Portharcourt town that is the right place to go.

The cost of the trip was unusually expensive, possibly bolt took advantage of the weather condition because it was still drizzling after the early morning rain.

A lot of things were just wrong. The staff lacked courtesy u0026 team work. The room was literally crawling with mosquitoes, the door to the rooms required a bit of a struggle to lock. I think the most annoying part was the dining set in the restaurant. Who uses old u0026 faded plastic plates to serve customers food in a hotel???
