I happened to register I and my wife to this hospital since it's of close proximity to my residence. (They have the best test and scan technology and you can trust them on this note)
Initially I will say they did good and I was impressed with their dedication and the expertise of the young doctors and consultants.
However, time tells alot about the continuity plan a company has and covacare has lost that thing that made them stand out as a growing establishement.
Starting from the ill mannered nurses in the reception, to the one that talks like a gutter rat(sorry for that language) on the phone when you call for enquiry, to the recent doctors that prescribe drugs (before test result is even out) and forces you to buy at inflated prices from the hospital. Empathy is important especially for a hospital and I hope the owners invest in teaching their nurses that Love is a quicker healer than medicine.
The worst experience was when an emergency was treated with utmost unprofessional manner, negligence, money before service factor, I vowed, never will I or anyone I know step foot in this hospital. I know it's a private hospital and nothing is free but what can I say, this is Nigeria!
