My experience there was horrible. The hotel needs rehabilitation. Customer service is so bad. Most of their facilities are not functional. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone.

Their food was enough, at least I ate to my satisfaction to compare with other hotels I've been to, but their service was poor. No toilet tissue nor soap for bathing. And their rooms was smelling like a place where someone left long time ago. They could have put in some airfreshner or something good.

Best premier hotel is perhaps one of the decent hotel located on the ABA road axis.
Externally, the hotel colour is faded and the extensions are yet to be completed. However, the interior is somewhat different. The reception is quite ok and they have extremely courteous staff. There is particular young lady whose overt hospitality caught my attention.
The kitchen is seriously short staffed, and meals take an average of 30 to 45 minutes.
The menu list is very lean and very little options. The food taste good for the most part.
The rooms are quite spacious and basics are there. However, I was not particularly impressed with the quality of the towels.
It appears that the hotel is generally short-staffed and it's affecting the maintenance

This hotel is chic, I bet you, it's a place you wanna be. I'm yet to have a personal taste of the facilities here, I have only visited but can confirm the welcoming environment, the beauty and artistic set up and the courtesy of the staff working here. They also offer great meal at the restaurant. Security seems top notch, it's a great place.

Good ambiance but a lot of maintenance could be done to improve guest stay.
