After making enquiries, they told me that the aircon works 24 hours non stop and both the lister and aircon was on when I was making enquiries, immediately I paid 11k for a room they switched off the lister and switched on the small generator, at this point they switched off the aircon immediately. The generator they switched on was right there at my window making a hell of a noise, giving me constant headache. I complained and they said they will switch on the lister again soon, they never did till late at night, around 3am they switched off the lister again and switched on the noisy generator, the peace of the night was mightily perturbed , my ears was nearly blocked, their was no fan in the rooms either, poor customer service. I planned to stay for 3 days but I checked out to another hotel first thing the next morning, it was the most terrible night I ever had.
