It's a nice place not a bad one though. They take into account complains and give immediate response.
My only challenge is slippers was not provided, the AC water is dropping inside the room 201 I lodged. Though I didn't complain cus it's something I feel could be managed.
I wish also to express my dissatisfaction on the way the madam in charge of the hotel responded to the issue that came up on the day I had a confrontation with a Bolt driver in the hotel premises. She said she was going to call police to arrest us after I had told her I was lodging in the hotel. She never bothered to come closer to know what was happening within the premises. I'm a customer and deserves the protection of the Hotel I Payed for.

The worst experience in my 20 years of travelling. Imagine selling a room with a broken demarcation to another room. How can I sleep knowing that someone could come from the other room thru the toilet to harm or steal. The worst experience. The smell, the dirt. Imagine where a room you can't walk barefooted. No never

By view it's very nice and in a very good location, though I never get money to lodge, I'm still standing at the UCKFIELD INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL and be observing the beautiful hotel...I pray 1 day I will have the money to lodge and enjoy myself because life nah once

The water system was bad. So i had to turn u0026 find a better hotel. I can't tell if the rooms at worth it's value because I didn't bother to check.

Very Poor customer service. They disconnect the power supply by 6am the next morning thereby making you uncomfortable which forces you to check out earlier than 12pm

Dirty, lack manners, bad services, the wife is the dry cleaning person and also the cook that makes rubbish, it total watse of money

Location is very strategic. They have good pool and nice rooms
