The hotel is located in the "hotel area" of New Owerri which is a safe environment. The area is calm during day and has a great nightlife because it boasts of numerous lounges and hotel. The hotel appears small but their rooms are surprisingly spacious. The bathroom facilities are clean. The bed is comfortable. The decisions does that attention was paid to details. It is remarkably affordable given the ambience. Unfortunately, I didn't utilise their restaurant.

The cleaners are not cool at all...I called the cleaning desk and a lady picked and told me that I should manage my dirty bedsheet...after I begged her to do her work,she cleaned the room then left the dirty sheets on my bed ..all this happened just 3 mins after my check in...nevertheless the receptionist was cool and rest of the staffs.

Really nice place. Good decor. Warm staff, good reception. Beautiful outdoor area for meetups. Well-lighted and properly aerated conference hall. Their bar/kitchen? Somewhat expensive.

Good location, good accomodation.
PS: Rooms have very strong smell, had to go out to balcony to breath. Sheets and pillow cases used to be white. Never stay on the left wing if you are a light sleeper. The sound from De Angles Club will keep you awake. Food? Well, typical prize is N4500 on day of review. Not excited about a third stay here.
