The Hotel is a very good place, the rooms are superb, it's location is strategic as it's near the center of the town and near the government House, it's services and security are top notch.

Friendly staff. Responsive. Hot water does not last through shower otherwise very thrilling experience. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Manager Victoria was very handy and personable. She provided excellent customer skills.

The hotel is fantastic. I have stayed there twice. First in September 2021 and the second time now in April, 2022.

Here are a few points:
1) The service by the receptionist was very poor and slow both times. I had to wait and wait before my room was finally ready.

2) The rooms I got were spacious, nice beds, AC and Tv worked perfectly and the view was awesome as it faces the very busy Wetheral road.

3) The cleaning staff was quick and did his best not to disturb me.
The towels and bed sheet was neat.

4) There is a lift, It works well but can be slow at times if there is traffic. The weightlessness feel is a bit to much, maybe it is because I am used to better lifts.

5) My meal at the restaurant was fantastic 5/5. It cost 3k back in September, 2021 (my best 3k spent on food) the jollof rice was amazing. I heard their chef then was a "Calabar woman", if you know you know.

Having lodged in Rockview Hotel Apapa and Abuja, Rockview Hotel Owerri was a terrible experience.

Apart from the unprofessionalism displayed by the workers, the hotel probably has the most incompetent housekeeping staff ever. My room was 'cleaned' below expectation; bathroom remained filthy with dead insects on the walls from previous guests; wash basin area was an eyesore; and you dare not look out the window, the filth will spoil your good day.

Management needs to do something. A hotel of this level should do better. I mean, how do you explain the use of plastic buckets for hand washing at the entrance of the hotel and in the Restaurant? How much will it cost to install a decent and proper wash basin? I'm so ashamed to be honest!

Yeah, the environment is very condusive, serene and friendly.

Was their for TedX Ikenegbu 2022.

It's a good place to host events and seminars????✅

The hotel structure is okay, but the room I lodged fridge wasn't functioning and also the bathroom sink was bad.

It's one of the secured place to lodge, relax and have a good time when in Owerri... though no clubbing at the moment.
