If I can give ????????-0 that’s best, firstly the rooms smells of damp/ mildew, paid 25k never worth it . Secondly checked in as a couple but then told I have to pay for complimentary breakfast for it’s for one person per room???? thirdly the beddings/bed sheet was so disgusting and what a nerve giving some a rag for a bath towel. Nothing cool about this place the staffs act like they don’t care , rude and careless, and disrespectful, gives you a non working Wi-Fi passcode and when called about it they ask you to come down and bring your phone/device for them to try it out themselves before they can reissue another one meanwhile this was a first call it not like it’s a multiple trial for Wi-Fi code, regretted my stay just that was too tired after a long trip to change hotel but it was a total opp experience the next day at owerri plaza.
Won’t recommend! Worst hotel experience

The Hotel is a good place for residence as it's easily accessible since it's near the road and living conditions are great and serene.

A very very nice hotel their services are superb, but it takes longer time before the meal you order for arrive
I think that is the only lapses so far, the management should work on meal delivery timing

Well located hotel. Just a short distance from Control. Friendly staff. Decent complimentary breakfast. The restaurant food is good. Nice bar. Some of the rooms have pungent odour eminating from the sewer. Beware of cockroaches in the rooms caused by used dishes and cutlery being left in the corridors for long periods. Suffers from frequent power outages and the hotel gen sometimes takes a while to get switched on.

It's beautiful hotel that has a good ambience.This hotel is strategically located on port Harcourt road which is one of the main roads in owerri.although it does not have enough packing space some how they are able to put quite a number of cars in the compound and outside the compound as well.the rooms are okay and the customer service is cool I will recommend .Although they had issues severally with the electronic keys.

Gold Crown Hotels is a good choice within it's price range.

It has fairly comfortable rooms and additional facilities to make a short stay enjoyable.

The staff aren't exceptional in service and I wouldn't recommend the food.
A/C isn't great and you might need to plan for external sources of entertainment.
