The room isn't chilling

I made an online payment and I was still asked to make payment over the counter.
- #9000 online using hotel.ng and #12500 for same package. Checking in, no drinking water, mosquitoes were also checked in there numbers and no means to regulate the AC to even help reduce mosquito bites. This is horrible in all my use of hotels. And I hope the refunds of double payments can be made.

Nice hotel facility with nice and working facilities.
The accommodation here is equally affordable and the services are fairly good. The meals are cool too.
It is located in a serene environment and in a good corner of the city.

I'm only giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly. Everything else was annoying. The kitchen took forever to cook. My tap didn't run for over 12 hours. The AC switch was far away from the bed (I hate that). I didn't get value for my money at all. The rooms start from #6500

It was nice, The room was the same as advertised. lovely place to be in quick access to everyday supermarket. The receptionist was extremely nice and friendly. Will loce to be there again

Not a pleasant experience at all. Had to check out the next day for another hotel.
The owner is nasty and aggressive individual. The infrastructure in the rooms are unbelievable when you're looking from the outside.
Overall not a good place at all. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
