Very beautiful hotel in a good ĺocation, good price. The rooms are big, beds are also very big and comfortable. Staffs are a bit okay but not friendly. Only issue is the cleaning of the rooms, so dirty even though looks clean. Headboard and the wardrobe are so dusty, all their pillow needs replacement because it's too old. All their Towels have turned from white to Oyster colour which need to be changed. Electricity is a problem in the area but their generator is constant.

Electricity is quite good, they turn on the Gen wen thr general light goes off. But the ala carte takes time, so order for your food before you get hungry. House keeping is good too. But no halls or relaxation spot except the bar. The hotel is better than a thrash hotel in Osgbo called White nd blue House.

24hour power, spacious rooms and beds. Air conditioner and fan in each room. Parking lot for guest.

A hotel with low price but good facilities. Friendly staff. Neat and clean place. Good food from the kitchen. A place anyone will enjoy staying at in Osogbo. I will recommend it to all anytime. Will like to stay there anytime I am in Osogbo.

Water heater, parking space, Ac room but poor reservation.

Nice place to lodge although the attendants can be so carried away.
