Good place. Store owners park their vehicles inside the complex. So you have to park by the road or use public transportation. Mostly fashion designers, fabric sellers and hairdressers here

At the complex there is Adebanbutayo Trading Stores where all sort of drinks both local and imported are been sold. It has adequate parking space.
