This branch of Lagoon Hospital is not bad at all. Like the others, the response time is good. Parking is also not a problem. The staff are generally nice. One issue however could be one of the waiting areas, which is close to the male and female bathrooms. The area can uncomfortable for waiting sometimes.

Easy to locate, parking space available, guards on duty and are efficient, and if you do block someone your number would be collected and you would get a call, ready directions to anywhere you're directed to, well labelled and also very clean environment,
A waiting area for the kids is set aside with toys to keep them occupied, efficient services, affordable and instant results... unfortunately emergency cases are treated at awolowo way

You can expect to waste so much time here, which can be very frustrating. I spent over one hour before seeing the doctor. I don't know how they became so disorganised but I'm sure I noticed some patients who came before me being attended to first.

I'd rather go to lagoon than most hospitals close by and I stay at abuleegba area. I don't have to queue for hours to see a doctor or to do vitals (Adeniyi jones) Toilets are always clean. The customer service of the Idejo branch is the best of all the 3 branches I have visited

I dont know why this is stated as a clinic?
It appears fairly large. I have always been an out patient here so don't know much about their inpatient care.
The hospital gets a bit crowded but they are able to manage the numbers effectively. The staff I have encountered are all friendly and ready to assist.
I once saw a GP here. He was a bit distracted with some other issues while attending to me (not so cool I know) but he was apologetic and still attended to me great.
You can basically see any specialist here. I just wish they can adopt the appt. time system here. Everyone comes at the same time to see the same doctor and you may end up spending hours waiting...
