I did enjoyed the amala with ewuedu and gbagidri will all those assorted meat/fish. Indeed, Oyo borught into Lagos for all your amala needs.

Their meals used to be expensive but really tasty. Especially their ewedu and gbegiri. Not so much anymore. Still expensive though.

The mainland branch is gradually dying. No varieties of dishes anymore and it's losing customers. I think the managers are only focusing on the island branch now which shouldn't be so. The mainland branch was the first and more popular outlet.

A simple, quiet and clean environment for authentic Oyo amala. The joint is well laid out, comprising of an outer and inner area. If you want to eat in a private space, the inner area is for you.
I tried out my diminishing Ibadan dialect with the owner of the business ????. Friendly and courteous staff. The prices are pocket friendly.
Whether you are a millennial or oldie, you will feel right at home in the amala place.
....... Oh, they serve fresh palm wine on Fridays.

The place closed sometime last year (during the lock down) and has since reopened but service and quality has reduced. Before you got get all sort of local meals like ofada, fried and jollof rice. Now what is sold is mostly Àmàlà and even that is so so. I would give it a 3 star.. If you like amala a lot. It is better than nothing.

One of the best amala i have ever had. Affordable and delicious. The atmosphere does not invite on to eat in though.
