This is the worst ???????????????????????????????????? MTN office I ever visited have been coming to this place more than 7 times now today 15 April 2021 make it 7 times to visit the place, they have ????????????????????Zero customers relationship, Zero customers treatment, I came to this place to do Welcome back and have spent more than 5K for transportation of come and go till still not yields any good results I am very very very disappointed with this MTN office branch. For that I am not sure I will come again to this branch to do welcome back.????????????????????????????????????

Very terrible place, very very terrible, it's a pure waste of time coming here. They believe they are working but honestly they are not. Coming here is like wasting and sacrificing your whole time for the whole day for just a stupid and trivial issue they could help you fix up in 10mins but here they make it look as if it is divine. I had to Port my line as well because I was not in for their gibberish. Their service was overall bad 100/100.

One of the very few MTN customer care center IN MINNA. You would always be required to bring a means of identification when you are coming

One of the customer care centre in Minna. It is a storey building with accessible entrance. The last I came for a purpose I couldn't do it.

They delay people and waist someone's time, they need more staffs especially when they block your line is so annoying to follow queues
