This guys have a huge water problem, atimes u get water atimes u have to wait 2 hours before u see water, whenever u complain they are always ready to say "they are pumping it" pumping water for 2hours that is crazy! Also the receptionists are not friendly, always frowning and replying in a rude manner, no towel, no slippers, only tissue and soap, 24hours light great, working AC that has no remote, u only have the option of freezing to death or switching it off from the switch, or wen the room is too cold u switch off, wen it starts getting hot u switch it on, Water heater switch is not close to the bed at all, u have to walk the entire length of the room from ur bed to get to the switch. Working TV with different channels great, enough furnitures in the room, but wardrobe is in tatters. Overall recommendable in a place like minna, the cost of the room is equal to the service and room, trust me, u get value for ur money. Three type of rooms, 11k, 8.5k, 7.5k difference is just the size of the room and number of furnitures in the room.

The hotel looks good, but they are deficient in so many ways in terms of hospitality, there staff are very poor and there service delivery in terms of costumer service is poor. There's no room telecom, If you want to turn on the water heater u have to walk to the counter, u have to ask for soap, no towel, the AC has no remote for someone to regulate the flow. Very poor for a 3 star hotel.

Was there on business as a staff but the facilities looked fantastic.

Met the owner and he is vastly experienced in management and construction, so I believe the standards of the new building will be maintained
