Its a center for human development and other programme that tend to develop human capacity by training individual on different scales.

It is a place for general meeting on different issues. It is also rent out to organization who intends to build human capacity.

The facility is not fully equipped to standard

Active public sports centre with an outdoor basketball court and volleyball courts. And there is a gym. They also have halls and open air fields rented out for events

Abdulsalam Youth centre is a communal facility located in tunga area of minna. Its is an event center set aside for weddings, birthdays ceremonies and festive celebrations like sallah and Christmas. The interior comprises of large halls and conference size spaces for events and functions. while the exterior has a lush green landscape at the rear end of the structure with 8 Number gazebo. The gazebos are circular in nature covered with alluminium zinc sheets. It doubles as huts for exterior relaxation as well as stands for exhibition of products. The facility is owned and maintained by the Niger state Government and its named after the former military president Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar. The facility need adequate maintenance as it's currently undergoing some form of dilapidation due to lack of maintenance.
