Sets of student apartments with running water ???? in some rooms. It's a convenient place to live, although some of the rooms need either serious plumbing or electrical work or mostly both.

Peace lodge is indeed a nice place to stay.
The environment is peaceful and relaxing.
It is predominantly occupied by students from Benue State University (BSU).

Extra small rooms at a very high rate. Bad power supply and water supply. And very rude agents and caretakers

Cool and quiet. A place where you can have a quiet time and get some serious work done without any form of distraction

The rooms are neat,toilet facilities are good the beds are good and the environment conducive.
