They've been patient, shown a keen eye for attention to detail and have been very professional in their dealings and shown customer care rarely seen in our part of the world. Zavandi Jewelry is the best so far, from the packaging down to my customized ring i was blown away.

Customer service is topnotch, delivery was fast and earlier than expected.

I had a good shopping experience with Zavandi, the focal point was good adviser and professional. The rings were delivered on time and are beautiful as we were whishes. One of the con is the engraving we found them tiny difficult to read, for us the message is there to remind us where and why we are together. Second con is the custom at delivery, We did not have that information at the beginning, I think it is important to inform the client on all the cost for those abroad. But it was wonderful. Thanks again.

Personally, I consider them as the very best in the field. Top notch sets and customer service delivery at its finest. I am yet to find a rival brand that can come close. The CEO is a thorough bred who dispatches her duties with utmost dexterity and the detailing is high profiled. I say this because of my personal experience with them. I have just taken delivery of a new bridal set for my wife today as I type this and trust me, I'm too excited. Zavandi is excellence driven. I love love love them!

I am Adetutu, My Zavandi experience was awesome, starting from my first meeting, it was like I have been part of the family for ages. Customer service is top notch. Then the packaging was so unique, I literally check my ring everyday. Can’t wait for my big day to wear it and never take it off.

Zavandi has definitely got some of the best rings.. My fiancee can't stop loving her engagement ring... The customer service is great... I mean the patience and professionalism with which the customer representative assisted me in getting the package was amazing. Thank you guys.. We are sure coming around to pick our wedding rings.
