Jetaga is terrible and highly unreliable. I ordered an item 8 months ago and I was told that the item is available in warehouse that they will deliver immediately. 8 months now no delivery, I have canceled the order and requested for refund and they refused to refund me. They have stopped responding to my messages. I checked their address at Lagos, its fake and they are not there. I sent several mails to their support and I did not recieve any single response, not one. The whatsApp support is not responding to my chats and its always unavailable for calls.

Jetaga is a reliable online shopping mall, but they need to put the delivery fees on the website not manual negotiation after order is made . Jetaga is reliable.

Just got my generator delivered via sameday delivery I thought this guys are scam at first but now I know they are real oooh Jetaga you guys should be doing payment on delivery for first time customers

jetaga is not a scam!!! my first transaction was when i bought a mimi handbag which i thought i was a risking my 1500 so i decided to go for a small product base on the fact that the amount was not much , so if i lose am e nor go pain me but was called by one of their customer care who asked me to choose a 10 days free delivery which i did. i did not get the bag within the 10 days but it was delivered i think it was after 14 days or so., i placed another order of sneakers which i got after 4days but na 3days delivery nai i pay for sha........am so going to chop with you nxt time jetaga ..... and also recommend you...thank u

I am still waiting for the support team they promised will contact us. Payment collected since May, no goods , and no refund as I speak. This is almost 4 months after.Please beware of fraudulent companies that are quick to collect money, quick to make promises, but never keep to the promise.

The company is a scam , pls beware the order 36083 which was made since May is still not refunded. Goods not deliver and money not refunded. They claimed they have refunded wallet which is false, we are yet to see our money months after.

My brother ordered a phone since may. Up until today, no phone, no refund. 60,500 is not a money that one throws away anyhow. several efforts to contact the store has been made, but all we hear is stories. They've even stopped responding now. I don't want to have to drag bthe company on social media platforms. Kindly do the needful

I ordered for a laptop but they were unable to deliver the product as when I expected. I applied for a refund, although it was delayed. Finally I just received my refund with compensation for the delay in refund. So I recommend Jetaga for your online shopping.
