Great facility ????. However I have an observation.

At the pre submission section, they are just 3 attendants available out of 7-8 stands.
The attendant behaved as if she was doing a favour to me. I'm a client and I'm paying for the service.

She was sitting and shouting at customers to make sure they remove pins from their documents before coming to her. This could have been communicated in simple and polite ways.

Kindly take some of these attendants though customers engagement trainings.

I just left the place now. Everything was going fine up until the last step.

The guy at booth 14, biometrics(I didn't get his name) was so rude and acted like he was doing me a favor. I've been treated better by law enforcement officers.
His behavior was so off- putting and unprofessional that I wanted to remind him that I PAID! for this damn service and not the other way round. I only spent less than 5 minutes in total with him, but every moment of it stood out as I was being ordered around and spoken down to like a piece of trash, with a body language that says: "I have better things to do and you're wasting my time". It was an awful and humiliating experience.

You guys should train your staff better on good etiquette u0026 customer service because this is just unacceptable.

If you are applying for a SA visa, strictly follow the instructions/spec in the image.

Print and copy all documents in coloured before coming, else you will bend to outrageous charges around the venue... For instance, a black and white page went for 500 náírà and 8 passport copies for 2,500 naira.

The VSF staff were very courteous,

Organized, the staff are also quite efficient as they were quite fast with attending to people and there was no dort of compromise from my observations.

The services were poor. They are incredibly short of staff. I spent over 4hrs for an appointment that shouldn't have taken more than 30mins if properly staffed. There are 25counters. But the staffs were not more than 6 attending to applicants of various countries.

And there is no restroom in there. You'll have to go outside the hall to use the restroom. And you might miss your number call. And you'll have to get another number which won't be close to your previous number.

All together, it was a frustrating experience.

A bit organised, can't tell why the security men outside were collecting kickback and all. Fast service inside though.
