I started ordering from Midnight City since 2019 and theyΓÇÖve been nothing short of amazing. The food tastes amazing, from my fav seafood pasta to their Jollof rice, small chops and suya/chicken wraps. Everything is lit.

There was one time I picked up from my gate and my food fell through the paper bag on my way back home, I told them and they sent me replacements immediately even though they didnΓÇÖt have to. ItΓÇÖs the little things guys!

Delivery takes about an hour, give and take, so donΓÇÖt wait till youΓÇÖre hungry before calling. Also, they run out of seafood pasta real quick, so if you want that, just call by 9pm on the dot to increase your chances of winning the privilege of paying to eat midnight cityΓÇÖs seafood pasta ????

Best peppered turkey I have ever had. Juicy even after refrigeration. The fried rice is also spiced right. The delivery timeline can be extremely delayed and slow with absolutely no call back from customer care, but IΓÇÖll say itΓÇÖs worth every penny if you feel hungry anything after 9PM.

Most disgusting and disturbing customer service. I placed an order and was never contacted by the dispatch rider after being told that my driver was on the way. I was never refunded even after making a complaint. They are still owing me to this day. All they said was ΓÇ£sorry maΓÇ¥. Order at your own risk!!!

READ TILL THE END

One late night(11 pm)everyone didnΓÇÖt have time to eat cus of work and moving was hectic so somebody recommended midnight city
Then we called them,check their orders on Instagram
Which totaled 9 orders(35500)
We didnΓÇÖt mind,we just wanted to eat
Then came the problem
Payment
We asked for POS,they didnΓÇÖt have
Then we decided to transfer to their account which was successful on our end but they hadnΓÇÖt gotten the alert so they couldnΓÇÖt bring our food
We waited for almost more than hour going back and forth
This time it was Past midnight and I was getting cranky and hungry,I decided to play one last furious call
Afterwards the food came
And it was simply MAGICAL
the stir fry was like goodness bursting in my mouth
I couldnΓÇÖt believe how delicious it was
It was worth every wait.
Big Ups to the manager,he was really cool and didnΓÇÖt get frustrated at us

!!DO NOT USE!

Extremely inefficient, they take your payment and claim they have not received alert. Then mot just that, they take further months to process a refund, I have friends that didn't even get a refund and they had to give up.

These are the worst people to order from when you are desperately in need of food. Extremely poor customer service too
