I got assaulted by the executive chairman of the hotel, Adebowale E. Collins and sustained injuries on both hands.

First the receptionist deceived me and made me pay 27,000 naira for a room and bathroom that’s like a cubicle, very dirty and even had algae on the chair. I had asked to see the room before paying but she said it wasn’t allowed until payment is made. Little did I know it was a plot to conceal the horrible state of the room. It was about 12 midnight and I really just wanted to sleep after a long day so I paid. On seeing the room I asked to either get a refund or be given a better room. Non of which I got. I was told to pay extra to get a better room and I refused because if I was allowed to see the room before paying I wouldn’t have paid.

I asked to speak with the chairman who was back and forth on phone with the receptionist but he refused to talk to me. After plenty back and forth with no head way, I got upset and started yelling.

Then the Chairman who refused to speak to me on the phone, then drives down to the hotel and starts to insult me asking me to leave his premises. While walking away, he then starts to assault me. He pushed me, seized my phone and threatened to smash it. And all of this he asked his security to record on phone but then proceeds to deny the assault afterwards. Shame. Horrible place. I should have known because it was literally empty when I got there. I’m still patiently waiting for my 27k refund.

To start with, the rooms are over prized. The standard rooms are so small and the toilet is just like a cube. My rooms bathroom wasn't clean properly, there wee used soaps and lotion left in the shower. The tap control was faulty. The water pressure was not enough and the hot n cold control is either very hot or cold... They always insist you drop your key but NO SAFE in the rooms to keep valuables.
SO to my main annoyance. So I called the restaurant to order food, I aksed for poundo And edikaikong with beef and I was told it's N3500 all together. I aksed also for spaghetti with fish, but the lady said she will get back to me with the prize. When she called back, she said N5400 with the fish. I asked why?.. she said the crooker fish is expensive, so I said she should just give me beef then. She said no problem, I even told her to fry the beef that I don't eat unfriend beef.
when she brought the poundo I ate it so fast cuz I was so hungry. Then she later brought the spaghetti, then I asked for the bill and she went to bring it, only for me to see that the beef she brought with the spaghetti she entered it as peppered beef and it was N3500 (same price as the whole of the other poundo and edikaikong and BEEF) and the spaghetti was just N1500. I was so furious I asked to speak with the manager she kept telling me the manager is not around, and I left the food like that couldn't even eat it, as for the spaghetti, the spice was too much and very salty. The whole pricing and service was just a turn off for me. The picture of the so called beef and spaghetti is attached. Then after complaining to the lady at the reception, she called me and said the supervisor has granted N1000 discount.
In my annoyance and to avoid embarrassment, I had to pay the money like that.
It's so bad that I can never recommend my friends to go there.

Clean and professional staff. The security details, and the front desk were very friendly, well trained, helpful and makes you feel at home. I will recommend anyone to check it out, and price is cool.i will definitely go back again and again.

Comfortable, clean. Avoid the standard rooms except budget doesn't allow you to. They're cramped!

I was quite disappointed with the size of the room. It was extremely small for a 25k hotel. The bathroom was sooo small and it their service was generally poor

The receptionists(particularly a lady named Precious) are God sent. Ever willing to help you with anything within their capacity to make your stay better. Asides from the room I stayed being small(I guess that's what my money could get????) every other thing was great. The clean poolside is also free to all guests.
Also, the locaction of this hotel is splendid!

Nice place but the room I was lodged in had an incredibly small bathroom. There was little or no space to put my leg when using the toilet, I also struggled to shower.
