One key thing to note is you'll be categorised based on the country you intend on travelling to ✈.
Canada v UK ???????? section is different, so experience can't be same.
I was applying to Canada ????, so my review is based off that.

I got there an hr early and I was permitted to go in almost immediately. Do go with your nose mask????

The whole process took me 4hrs, it could have been faster for me if I'd done my Xray before vitals. Although I was lucky I was among the first 8 to be attended to on that particular day. By the time I was leaving the whole process looked slow u0026 frustrating as some others couldn't get space to seat.

The facilities are top quality, the toilets are very clean, you get a good value for your money

Trying to get through to then via the phone numbers on their website is very pointless. They simply do not go through. However, their online booking system works.

Also, I think that the process could be a lot better in terms of coordination and planning. Overall, they had really courteous staff all the way from the security posted at the reception to the doctor.

Took me about 6 hours to compete all my tests.

IOM MEDICAL is located on no 1 Isaac John Street, Ikeja GRA. There's no parking space.

Everyone from the point of entry is helpful. I arrived early as my appointment was early. I was able to do the test successfully buy the certificate issuance was a bit difficult.

Also, if you haven't been able to book an appointment online, or have called to book an appointment, I suggest you visit the centre and you 'might' be assisted.

Okay I guess. Prepare to spend a lot of time here. I was unable to book my appointment online and had to come here. I was here by 7am but didn't leave till 12.40pm. I got an appointment for 4 weeks later. The test day was somewhat easier. I had learnt and was here as early as 5.30am for an 8am appointment. I met quite a number of people waiting at that time. I got my xray done by 8.25am then saw the doctor at about 9am..They are quite efficient and move the line along briskly. There are guards stationed just about everywhere to direct you. There is no provision for parking but there is a public car park where you can pay right next door. You have a long wait after the xray but you can get food while you wait on the premises. My printed result was ready by 11am.

PS. They start pretty early, say 6.30am.. By 7.30am I was done with registration and ready for the xray...

Highly organized, most of the staffs are respectful, calm and helpful. The facility is easily accessible by the roadside at Isaac John Ikeja G.R.A. there's a separate packing lot, but be prepared to pay btw N500-1,000 ($1). Facility is well equipped but overstretched due to the number of applicants so be prepared to stay up to 4-6hours. If you are coming from a far place especially with children, pack up for your kids. There's a restaurant within the premises. It's refreshing to see that the staffs are happy to serve you without expecting bribe/tips. Generally you will be satisfied with the service.

They are well organized and this helps to make the whole process a stress free one. The workers there are very lovely and always ready to answer all your questions nicely.

On a scale of 1-10, I will rate my experience 8.5

If you'd like to spend your day sitting under the hot Lagos sun without clear directions on what to do, look no further.
The overworked security team tried their best to maintain decorum and give some semblance of help and direction.
The process needs to be reviewed to be more 'user friendly' because it's looking pretty local for an international organization.
