The best I have found around on the Island. Try asking the trainer how you look to him: fit or not fit. He threw me off balance, so, 'hold something'. On first visit, you'll think of enrolling asap, even for the view alone over the lagoon.

Probably one of the better gyms around, good sessions e.g. zumba, yoga etc. Nice view whilst working out. Pretty cramped, space is awkward. Not really women friendly. No pool

It's a gym. And yes it's functional, and it's popular with the right crowd. But now, it's got a hot new manager! As if you needed any more reason to hit the gym.
You can't go wrong with Skyfit. It's very well kitted out and it's got great parking and security within the hotel complex.
Did I mention the hot new manager?

Conveniently located, as it's only at the 4/f of the Lagos Oriental Hotel, also operating in a most convenient hour as its open 24 hours...very friendly trainers and accommodating. They have complete equipment for your training needs, plus there's a healthy cafe inside the gym -fit life that makes protein drinks from fresh fruits and vegetable mixes.
