Nice service and environment; Good parking space. The rooms are also nice except for the bed; I didn't enjoy sleeping on the spring bed during my 2 nights. The first room I got had a faulty spring bed, so I was offered another room which had a better bed..but still, I didn't enjoy my sleep because the spring bed was still quite uncomfortable for me. A pregnant colleague of mine had the most difficulty sleeping on the spring mattress.

I recommend them using alternative mattresses that are generally acceptable rather than a spring mattress.

Lodged here with some of my colleagues for the sake of proximity to our meeting venue. The rooms smell funny and the toilets are disgusting. The elevator has a scary wobble to it upon entry and when you're stepping out of it. The restaurant is badly ventilated. The staff are nice but the hotel needs a proper maintenance culture.

This is a very good hotel I will recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to host their occasions or events of any kind. The place have a lot of style and design to demonstrate what you have in mind for an occasion. Be sure to choose Rock view for your occasion.

Customer service was top notch, however the bed is in bad state( who still uses spring bed?)
Secondly, the food here is wack, kitchen needs proper reshufflement, the lady taking my orders via phone call hardly hear a thing, food takes longer as well.

Rock View remains one of (if not) the best hotels in Apapa. Their service is good. No swimming pool, but a good gym, comfortable rooms, buffet meals, laundry and good room service too.

I must confess, I have been passing here for years but never thought of lodging. The resection is warm and inviting. The rooms are ok but the service is superb.

The environment is nice and serene. I like this hotel and will definitely stay again if I can. It's totally worth it.
