I chose them for my HMO and I didn’t regret. I was responded to quickly. The staff are very friendly and they did their job well. Their professionalism is top notch. I went in for a blood test and they called me personally on phone to tell me my results the same day

Health care centre inside Gbagada Estate. Great place to receive quick tests and medical attention. They have a nice indoor ambience. The receptionist and nurses on duty were very nice and helpful. Overall, I think they are doing well.

Visited yesterday (17/5/2022)
Hospital environment ( top notch)
Receptionist( though I didn't get her name, she was excellent)
Nurse Bukola(excellent)
Doctor Temitayo (excellent)
Pharmacist (excellent)

The service was prompt from the Receptionist taking my info and having the nurse check my vitals then was sent in to see the doctor... later went back to the nurse to have my blood sample taken and have the test run.

Only for me to be told after the test that my test result will be sent via email and the doctor will call me later and ask   of  my current state. I honestly couldn't understand how a test result will be sent later in the day and nothing could be given or done as I was sick and hence my purpose of coming to the clinic.

I discussed with the nurse and she told me there was  a queue and its a long one once it get to my turn they will test my blood and get back to me as medication can't be given to me until they know what was wrong me with(which is understandable)

I meet with the receptionist and complained the situation to her, I'm sick and I came for aid, you guys can't tell me to go back home in this state without any solution. She asked I give her time, she went in and asked if I could wait 1hour for the test to be done ( I agreed)

1hour later Nurse Bukola said, the lady in charge(Chioma) I guess, spilled or messed the blood up and will have to do it again( at this point I was legit shivering and my temperature became far worst than when I came in and the headache had increased)

The long awaited result came in and drugs was given and injection also. I don't think result of critical situation should be postponed to the next day..  the test result pace can be improved hence my 1star

I met with a very lovely nurse and doctor, Nurse Taiwo really made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She definitely loves her job so much and her smile is heavenly

Given medications with no proper description for use. Symptoms persist even after treatment with no follow up from clinic after report. Dropped a sample and haven't gotten any result or feedback till date.

See guys one thing that makes a hospital beautiful,it's not just about the name but the good service been rendered and how polite the staffs of this clinic is.i just love everything about them,,do u want to talk about the top notch equipment they have or how committed they are to their job ????????????I sincerely recommend this clinic for proper checkup thanks ☺️☺️☺️am happy
