I’m giving this hotel five star because I really enjoyed my stay it is home away from home. I really enjoyed my self even the room I stay in was very beautiful and the food I ate was very delicious and most especially their newly renovated rooms they are all wonderful….
I say yes their services is very very great

First the gate into the premises was bad so we had to park our cars on the street overnight.

The rooms were highly priced and were not up to par.

The elevator wasn't working. At a point we got stuck and it became suddenly hot and suffocating. We eventually came out and had to use the stairs to the 4th floor.

The heater in the room wasn't working. Water was pouring from the roof (when you turn on the tap to bath, water would be pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom). The bathroom sink was bad.

The room was not cleaned. The jollof rice eaten by the last guest was all over the room.

It was a terrible experience.

The service in this hotel is terrible.. I stayed for 1 week they only cleaned the room twice and I had to call them to come clean on this two occasion. The laundry ruined the fabric on my shirt and rendered it useless. The rooms are badly maintained. I was put in a room where shower lever handle was broken, I guess they expected me to turn the shower on with a plier, but they should have provided the plier at least. Eventually I had to upgrade my room as the rest of the rooms in the same category were in same state and some even worse. I don’t do reviews but this time I had to as this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had

This is a beautiful hotel. My room was big and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The food was fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel building is top-notch.
Going inside you will be greeted by the very cold air from the AC that are working well.

On the downside they need to work on the drainage of water in the bathroom as it overflowed.

Overall the hotel is ????

Good environment and scenery. I took the premier room (lowest budget) and it's actually good. The view from inside the room to outside is beautiful. Some rooms are not as neat as expected (or hyped) and some are smaller (the cheapest ones). Their kitchen sales are expensive. It's not fair at all. But overall, it's not bad a place.

Very friendly staff, I sure recommend the goat head pepper soup, neat room,prompt response time and a working elevator, top notch service...
