Once you enter to the hospital you say wow this is it, here surely they will take care of me, but unfortunately NO. They are just there to take your money and do nothing. Very unprofessional services and unprofessional care. Your health is not a priority for them, their priority is your money. I went there to meet neurologist doctor after they advised me to meet him. But the meeting and the treatment was online through online meetings with inability to reach the doctor in anytime other than the 15 minutes meeting. After the meeting they suppose to send for me the treatment but they don't do that until you remind them many times and call them to make them do that. After many complaints one of their customer care management contacted me to apologize and promised to not repeat the same experience. Then they repeated it next time. To sum up, I didn't benefit at all of the stupid online meetings and because of the lack of communication between me and the doctor because they don't allow me to communicate with him outside the meetings. Its a beautiful hospital only by the shape with no care for the people who go their because they need some help.
