From exterior to interior, there is exquisite beauty and hence attraction, despite the small front space. The ambience inside is good - sort of great use of space The rooms are super cool, some of them magical. Restaurant is great, good spread of food. Some interfacing staff actions seem not to suggest a great and well-preserved culture, but that does not affect anything - not that much. Sunday entertainment at the restaurant wasn't bad at all. Overall, there is strong promise of a great experience here. And okay, the white rice, stew, and plantain was awesome.

Nice exterior and interior.
Great underground parking although very hot but Nice parking.
Nice buffet and fine dinning.
Serene environment with courteous staff.
I love how the hotel management get into the spirit of the birthday party especially at the buffet with a cake and trumpeter.
I also love how they have been working to keep the standard from falling.
Wide variety of food, desserts catering for types of palettes but surprised there's no juice on the menu.
My kids really loved the dessert and mashed potatoes.
Do keep it up.
Not to forget the bar with good assorted drinks.

Came in for fine dining. I was completely wowed by the ambience, the decor, the atmosphere. It was breathtaking.

But then I take my order and it takes more than 40 minutes to get my meal. Cocktails take another 10 minutes. The wait almost ruin the experience.

Thankfully I had good conversations, the low calming music helped.

5 stars setting. Great restaurant. Fantastic hospitality. Welcoming staff with great smile. Lot of cars parking space. Great for evening dinning out. Exceptional services. I cannot complain.

A giant hotel in the heart of GRA on the most popular street. It's popular and has wide entry and exit with security checks. Great atmosphere within. Car park available. Wheelchair accessible driven. Warm reception. Fantastic expensive rooms. Good customer service. Fine restaurant. Great pool service along with other amenities.

Great hotel. Rather expensive. My host was a guest which allowed me access to the lounge.

The lounge itself is quiet and spacious. Ideal if you work remotely. It's also a self serve arrangement.

The hotel overall is tastefully furnished.

I liked the hotel decor of the deluxe room I lodged at. I was also privileged to have their abula for dinner and it was divine. The hotel lost a star for the set up of the deluxe room, no privacy between the conveniences and the room but for a curtain which does not close properly. Also the toilet door is already falling off the hinge because the glass door is way too heavy for the wooden panelling, design and engineering error. I particularly liked the espresso coffee machine in the room and the courtyard.
