Too much staff, hence making some of them not useful, they can delay you till God knows when, even with the multitude staff.
The doctors are great sha, but are usually very busy, if you miss your appointment you're on your own

Big and well equipped eye hospital with relevant specialists located in a serene environment. All eye rated ailments are treated here including surgeries. There is also a store where exquisite glasses frames are sold. There are enough seats for (patients) guests and there's a dispensing machine for snacks and drinks as there is no in-hospital catering which may be a downside....on the other hand, the hospital is surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets to carter for food et al. There is also enough parking space for cars.

This is a well equipped eye hospital. Standard in that aspect is quite high but be prepared to spend the whole day.
Service is very very slow and tbh, some of the staff are horrible, downright rude and unfriendly. It's like they couldn’t be bothered. But if that's not an issue for you and you just want a proper diagnosis and treatment for your eyes, then I'd recommend them.

bring your own glass frames if you want; it's cheaper.

Being professional doesnt just stop at knowing your job.
First appointment date was rescheduled without notice, not minding how inconvenient it was. Very rude IT manager talks as if she was the almighty all for wifi??? That is just petty for a hospital that charges as high as they do. FYI MTN, 9mobile and smiles network (can't tell for other networks) are really bad inside the hospital.
Really upset as I could not get any work done in the hospital.

Great hospital. Doctors are helpful. They will answer your questions. Nurses are kind. The ambience is calming.

Great staff, really good lens, come with your own frames because they're frames start from 18000 Naira. You also don't get a case for your new pair of glasses, which is not nice to me, so come with your own case if you don't plan on wearing the glasses out as it would be sad if the expensive new pair broke in your bag on your way home.

I ordered for a pair of glasses on 15 January 2022 and was told it would take between 2 - 3 weeks to get it delivered. I called and even went there after 3 weeks on 7 February 2022 and was called and told the glasses was in Lagos already awaiting clearing. Today is 15 February 2022, It’s 8 days since the last call and nothing has been heard from them. Quite unfortunate that no one has called to update me. Imagine you not having your reading and driving glasses for over 31 days and counting. Ok
