I search for your hospital and saw a number to call, I called and explained myself, this person do not know me, but the way he answered me was a turn off, you live at cmd you should know our hospital now, for crying out loud be polite. I change my mind and went to another hospital period. Work on your customer service.

The doctors receptive but the ladies at the reception need to be friendlier. On my last 2 visits the ladies had at the reception had permanent scowls on their faces.

I had my first baby there in 2018, and received good services then. But over the years, my visits afterwards have never been palatable. The staffs are overworked. Same nurse is doing administrative duties, clerking, administering injection, drugs all at the same time. The hospital is so understaffed. The doctors are good and competent but too stressed. I have decided to change hospital after my last visit. Not recommended for any emergency case at all, higher tendency of patient dieing due to lack of staff. I recommend the management look into getting more staff as not to overstress the few good ones they have. The staff keep leaving and changing due to work overload

Very terrible customer service. Rude Nurses. If you want to run a test you will wait for ages. They would rather not address the issue and ignore you at the Reception. If you have an emergency do not go there.

My experience was not palatable. I was at the hospital yesterday (09/12/2021) that was my first time. I left in annoyance. How could a person (Elderly woman) be doing the administrative task and attending to people over seven at the same time. One of the worst hospital visited so far. The hospital need to be revamped.

The front desk staff/Nurses attitude to work is quite bad. I was delayed and left unattended to when I communicated it was HMO services i want to access. I was moved from personnel to personnel without a meaningful outcome. I won’t recommend this place to anyone who requires urgent medical attention.

Having a baby is one of life’s most exciting experiences, although the type of care received in the hospital can make this awesome experience as soothing and comforting as possible.
Certainly, there are many other options to choose from but our first contact with Queen’s specialist hospital reassured us that we were at the right place to be.
All the doctors and nurses were very helpful with an always positive attitude. Their promptitude in providing help when needed is commendable.
It’s definitely worth a try for a memorable experience.
