The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable but the bathroom was not, it could be better please.
My food order took forever to come but it turned out well.
The location was quite secluded, it looked like a regular house. Easy navigation around the lagos mainland axis.

Cool ambience, quite intimate too like a family lounge where everybody knows everybody, I like that. They have a base of important and happy go lucky customers who are quite friendly.
Food and drinks are just 'okay' nothing more,nothing extra or spectacular.

Nice hotel located beside the entrance to Magodo Shangisha on CMD road. Unfortunately the lack of maintenance has got the better part of them. The air conditioner in the room I stayed in was not working and it was the usual, “ we just turned on the gen”, “ it’s been on NEPA since” etc but after 5hours , I was still sweating in the room with the A/c on.Shower was broken, and it was an issue getting water from the shower head or the tap. If you’re going to charge, do the required maintenance as I am certain, if it was the other way round and I asked you to “manage” part or half payment, you wouldn’t accept it. But it should have been fair enough for the room I got. Sizeable parking available in the compound and outside the gate, room came with breakfast and the staffs were courteous except the ones that kept coming to press the a/c remote when they knew all the while it wasn’t working.

Response: What is totally unacceptable is paying for a service you did not get. I stayed in room 804 and I complained about the a/c and your “engineers” came and fiddled with the remote and nothing changed.

Landmark villa suites
Just like the name is a villa. Infact the villa was a private villa owned by formal Nigerian politician. Good place to relax for holidays. Nice environment and nature sitout .

Nice ambience, customer’s service not so bad. Coded and Cool place to chill with friends, affordable and well prepared meals ????❤️

Rooms are a bit small and need a little touch up. Great service form their staff. There's also no signpost so a visitor might find it difficult to locate.

One of my fav hotel in LASGIDI.. ????????. Everything spot on. Zero complaints
