My experience on two occasions in your hospital left me with no other choice than to call your hospital "BIG FOR NOTHING" Your carefree attitude and obvious negligence and lack of attention to tiny details has led to the lose of a baby on the 27/03/2022, whose quest to come to the earth has been caught short by you and your incompetent doctors, costing the innocent parent the joy of having their first child.
Please avoid this hospital for your own safety.

Very bad with time management. Spent over 3hrs waiting for a doctor to diagnose me. Terrible customer service too

There are not organise at all, no sitting arangement, people struglling to see the doctor cause they don't know who came before who and after how. Although there is a tally number on the reciept but not followed. You spend two hours before you can see a soctor

Promise Hospital has carved a good name u0026 I think this shouldn't be jeopardised for inability to have more hands. I have been in the hospital for 3hours now u0026 haven't seen a doc yet. Time is precious u0026 I think this should be looked at.

I use promise hospital but Because of distance I tried other hospitals close to me, trust me I have not seen any other that can compare. Simply the best I tell you.

Upscale medical center with very good facilities and a very qualified and dedicated medical staff with experience in managing a d treating varying medical cases. It's a hospital you can trust for your health care needs a sizeable parking space , Wheel chair accessible entrance and they are extremely neat with best practices . Also I forgot to mention their maternity facilities are state of the art
