Most regrettable, useless hall to use with unprofessional Staff to compliment it all. Today marks exactly 1month I used their lacasera hall for my wedding, Ben Auto Event Centre made me exceed my budget for a hall, what I bargained with the owner was 150k but was later asked to pay extra 30k, 10k for government fee, 10k refundable damage fee (what the hell?)10k for external cleaners (who does this when you also run a hotel and have staff even if you don't run hotel are these fee not supposed to be factored with the price of hall?) Very unprofessional. I paid the 150k because this was what I bargained and told the unprofessional manager by the name Goodness the owner asked me to pay, I only heard of the extra fee when I came to check out the hall and make payment. that I would pay the 30k on the d day. On the d day of my wedding this manager kept calling me when Church service was on going and after the church service my life band called to tell me my hall was locked and access not granted and even told that no wedding like Adadudu2021 was on going in their premises because of 30k. My husband called Goodness the manager back and asked her to allow his guests in and she should wait for him to get to the hall to make payment because he has been trying to make transfer to no avail, he also promised not to go into the hall till he made payment. My hall was finally opened by 4pm but they refused to switch on the Ac. I came into the premises to see my guests down stairs recieving fresh air as the hall was very hot (wowww) the Ac was switched on by 5pm.We made payment and kicked off so late but by this time half of my guests had gone home and called me from home to narrate their ordeal on how the hall was shut and how they were been told no wedding of such was taking place there. I felt so pained. This same shameless manager of theirs came with some staff to beg for food, drink and cake. And after the wedding in my very present, same Goodness the manager came with some staff to clean the hall they charged 10k for external cleaners. What hurt me more was when I related the same issue of what played out to the hall owner via WhatsApp message demanding for my 10k refundable damage fee , he never replied back nor apologised for what played out, he rather transferred my 10k back immediately. I can never ever recommend this hall nor the hotel to anyone . I am an hotelian and this is an unprofessional way to handle situations like this. Ben Auto made a show of my wedding day because of 20k after paying 150k for hall. Very wicked souls. Disgusting place to use for a wedding

Frankly disappointed. This place sucks. We booked some days before and when we got here, we were delayed because the rooms weren't ready. They were understaffed (1 receptionist, 1 janitress and 1 chef) and the food took forever to get ready and tasted terribly as if it wasn't newly made. The phone in my room wasn't working so I had to go to another room and the receptionist didn't even answer the phone. Terrible service and terrible food. Rooms weren't all that great. 0 value for the money paid. I think you'd definitely get better service any where else than this sorry excuse of a 'hotel'

The environment is not bad. It has a welcoming atmosphere. Although the room is small. I think they should have bigger rooms. Just that I paid for a lower rate. But I still didn't expect a cubicle as a hotel room. Doesn't fit into my idea of hospitality. The light was constant, though fluctuated too frequently. And the air conditioner was super cool. I had to switch it off several time to avoid freezing. It will be a nice place to cool off during much heat. But the overall experience is average. If I add the food, it's not something to die for. The soup doesn't worth the price. And the taste is not good as well. The hotel can improve in so many ways. But if you want a place for a short period I recommend this hotel for you.

I had a very terrible experience here. A quack manager who made things really worse for me. He extorted me to the last penny. Value for service fully paid for was extremely poor. I can't recommend this place to anyone. The terms and conditions of services/operations were not given out and clearly explained to me. If I have to list the details of my horrible experience here, it will fill up a whole page. I booked the event hall and all rooms in the hotel and that was a big mistake I made for my event. They almost ruined my day. I really wish there was an option for zero star because they don't deserve any.

Event center here is amazing but you need to make enquiries about their parking spaces ahead. Make sure they guarantee your parking.

I definitely didn't get to see the hotel portion of the place, I didn't need to. I came for an event in the events hall. Added to obvious parking space deficiency, I just feel the management needs to seriously re-orientate some of their staff and replace some. It bothered me that someone wearing a branded top carrying the hotel's name and logo, dishevelled and dirty; could walk into the event to ask for food. That's a big no-no for me. That and the interupption of power at very critical moments during the event upsets me and hence the two star rating. The structure may be good looking but they'd certainly have to do more to pull even a 3 -star rating out from me.

I spent 3 weeks here from 7/12/18 to 31/12 /18. It has the highest level of security with friendly personnel's. Very neat with 24 hrs. WiFi Standard rooms with steady running water both hot and cold. Lively environment and neat. Spiritually uplifted.
