What you see is what you get. The food looks good and tastes good. You need to have a bit of patience because it’s usually packed with people and the staff try their best to meet up with expectations. Parking is a major issue, took a while to find an appropriate parking space .

Olaiya has always been known around Surulere as one of the top spots to stop for a delicious plate of amala. Now the food is beyond just amala, you can enjoy rice, beans etc as well. The restaurant is clean and the staff are courteous. Very delicious meals.

Easy to locate Amala spot by Benson junction and popular of the many spots in Surulere. Almost all the local meals available from grain to morsels. Different soups and stews accompanying your choice of meal. Affordable pricing though costly. Quick attendants. Different payment options. Hardly see park space. Staircase entry only.

The bukka experience has been toned down too much. When you have to eat their main delicacy of Amala,gbegiri and ewedu you would want it to be a little less posh. Nice experience but could be a little more local????

One of the best amala I have eaten in a while made its way into my stomach here. It was a super blissful culinary experience without an associated cut throat cost. Recent renovations to the outfit has given it a trendy and spacious interior that's easy on the eye and relaxing.

Parking opportunities that is a bit tight and that's the price for the last star missing in the rating.

I will be back....
