Havana Specialist Hospital is a good place to access quality healthcare especially on Lagos Mainland. The doctors are excellent, courteous and they always give detailed explanation about services rendered and treatment prescribed. The only con to accessing care here is that some days, the waiting time is long.

Terrible Terrible Terrible service, I won’t advice anyone to come here. The big building is just a facade. They are very incompetent. Customer service is very poor, they treat their patients like commodities.

I personally felt my wife was just kept in the hospital to run her bills high for the HMO to pay cause no serious treatment was done for more that three months, all they gave her was short time pain relief so that we kept coming back.

We spoke to a different doctor every time we came there was no sense of continuity in the treatment and it was like we were coming afresh every time with no record.

My experience here has been very terrible.

As a first timer coming here with my 2 children, I must confess that the experience has been quite disappointing. I had to wait for an hour and a half just to get their blood samples taken after seeing the doctor (and it's not as if there was a long queue), and another waiting period has commenced in getting the test results. I think the level of organisation and coordination leaves much to be desired.
I am still here after spending almost 5 hours in total, waiting for the test results that should have taken just 45mins.
This is the worst in terms of unnecessary time wasting I have ever experienced and still experiencing at Havana hospital even as I type this.

Havanna hospital is probably the best hospital i’ve had to use in recent times. They parade the most courteous and professional staff i’ve come across in any hospital I’ve visited. Everybody was just so caring, from the Doctors, to the nurses, to clients service(those guys on red jacket), even the security personnel.
Highly recommended for anybody requiring top notch health care service.

It's a big hospital in a neat environment. It has a cafeteria and a canteen where you can buy food and snack while waiting to see the doctor.

All tests are done in the hospital and you'll be informed when results will be out.

An absolutely terrible place with very incompetent laboratory staff. How does a laboratory staff not know the required quantity of blood for a particular test, only to draw my blood twice and called me when I was already home that I needed more blood drawn. You guys need to do better honestly

Really terrible service. The constant network issues will keep you waiting awhile before you see a doctor.

I’m currently on admission, it’s almost 10 am and I’m yet to see a doctor. I’m feeling way worse as there is no follow up by the doctors at all. Why admit me at all, if you plan on just pumping me with saline drips and no treatment? Really terrible
