I always love cold stone. It's the best yummy creamy and tasty ice cream available in Lagos if not in Nigeria itself. The ambience here is always cosy and lively. The staff are always friendly and nice. The price,well it's not cheap, nevertheless it's worth it all. There is a ramp for accessibility feature at the entrance. You can also pay through POS. A very nice corner to come for relaxation and sweet taste of the ice cream

Cool cozy spot for icecream and pizza. The lady who attended to me the last time I went was so cheerful. Coldstone please increase flavor options for us. ????

You can get a decent ice cream here. The ambience is cozy and chilled. It's a good date spot as well.

It is like your regular cold stone outlet with very nice customer service and very delicious ice cream. Doesn't really have a large parking space. Nice place for family outings and group outings.

So my love for Coldstone continues, I like to come to this outlet. It is right on the road...You can make orders on the app for deliveries from this store as well. I just remembered that they had ice cream floats at a time, please can you bring back the floats. They were really nice, maybe not popular but loved when available.
Nothing more to add except I give it to Coldstone for consistency in texture and taste. They are always up with new flavours. If you are a strawberry flavour lover, try the strawberry cake batter, really really nice.

Terrible!
I placed an order today by 3:00pm, to be delivered to a particular address, a confirmation was sent 30mins later. I didn’t get anywhere to track my order whatsoever.... I called the customer service number by 4:15 asking about my order, the lady picked up and told me she doesn’t know what happened to my order , that she’ll get back to me.
I didn’t get any response, had to call back by 5pm. This time a male voice answered and told me the rider apparently had an accident on his way to mine, blah blah.... that they’ll send another order shortly.
That’s how I never got my order. Called both nunebrs and now they’re switched off.
Never again!

You people need to fix up as regards your delivery service. The world is moving forward and you people should do better as such.

Terrible experience and it will never happen again.

They came through for me on Thursday night when we needed Ice cream, even when it was 10 mins after 10pm. Though I put a call through though that was gonna be delayed by traffic. It was awesome and I love the way they treated myself and my friend when we got there. Great customer service.
