Water land area with a taste of Nature and serenity the only problem there is transportation within the Estate and flood due to poor drainage system but good accessible roads are seen in the estate area .

From the entrance, Osborne foreshore estate 2, it Floods whenever it rains. Houses where submersible pumps are not installed with standby generator and manual pumping machines gets flooded when the river bank overlows. Other wise, nice place to live. It's serene absolutely with constant (at least 17hrs) energy supply.

Mostly residential estate, well designed and structured for a conducive living with recreation center, churches and mosque within. All buildings have their own parking garage and slots.
For security reasons, vehicles are not allowed to park or leave their vehicle on the street.
The estate have their own security guards both at the entrance and each roads or street.
Once you're inside the estate, your safety is guaranteed. There are security armedmen on standby both inside and around the estate.

Lovely appointed estate with great layout, beautiful residential and business buildings, great hotels and schools, all in a serene environment.
It's a visual delight, and the new developments and constant renovations ensure it stays so.
It gets a little waterlogged in some areas during the rain season, but solutions continue being implemented.

Peaceful, reserved and well secured estate, along the Osborn Foreshore road.

They have very pleasant sights and a beautiful shoreline.

Although some of the sturctures in the estate can use some facility maintenance, houses in this estate are premium and well planned and thought out.

Kudos.

The estate had more of old designed houses BUT the serenity, cleanliness and vibe is soothing. Friendly security officers, very quiet neighbourhood and ok power supply.

it is mostly a residential estate, well designed with each building having their own parking space. Electricity is very stable.
