Local gym centre with very professional instructor. There are rules and regulations though, even the gym centre iron are predominantly local. Very nice place to be.

There is a boxing Gym there HARD PUNCH BOXING GYM , I enjoyed my training there , u too can visit there too

not a modern market, it's a local market of grains vegetables meat and fish
