Oh, now I remember after seeing the building. They tried in their own way. I used their wifi. No elevator. Clubbing and young guy's doing their thing. Noisy and not private enough.

The rooms were filled with mold, I complained to the manager and they told me that there's nothing they can do. Their services was also bad, disrespectful staffs too.

The hotel is located about 40mins from the airport and the rates are affordable. Some staff are more hospitable than others. The receptionist I met on my second visit charged me 18k for the same room I paid 12k for the previous night.

For the room amenities, the bathroom requires a lot of renovation. The bathroom in the 2 rooms I used lacked window curtains (the rooms are on the groundfloor). One of them (Room 103) had a leaking water heater so I couldn't get hot water.

The cable TV was unclear and had limited channels. The AC in one of the rooms (Room 103) I used wasn't functioning well.

The hotel has an outdoor bar, an underground club and a pool. The kitchen serves tasty meals.

I had my yearly show Vibe With Unique 2021 in GrandPark and I had an amazing turn out. The environment is built for people to have fun. They are very consistent and they work on improving their services continuously.

The reception is welcoming on its own.

The Hotel, The pool, The outside bar, the classy bar with snooker boards coupled with the underground club are all that makes the place standout and accommodating for people to relax.

My husband and I stayed here for almost 3 weeks because we loved it sooo mutch!! The staff is just great and serviceminded. Service was a liiiitle bit slow but everything else made this in to a miner problem. I will truly miss this place when going home ❤
