Firstly, I was taken to see the room before making payment. Afterwards I told them to spray some insecticides so it can be habitable at least which they did.
On getting back to the room eventually when I had time to look around. I wasn't provided with the essentials, no towel. The shower knob is bad, it falls off, I couldn't turn off the shower properly. There were still a lot of mosquitoes in the room, could barely enjoy my sleep.
The intercom provided had no number I could call, the stress of going to the reception had me sleep without bathing.
The bed, duvet was dirty, bedspread also wasn't clean enough, I think they just be managing everything here. The room was really sandy.
I would always have had something good to say after every criticism but not today, I think the hotel needs a proper overhauling and doesn't deserve the 3 star rating it has because this isn't the first time I'm staying here and there's no improvement. It's certainly the last!
