I loved the food. It was my first time on a Friday night. There were very few customers, the staff were very nice and considerate. The waiter who attended to me was very interested in me enjoying myself. It seemed a bit too much and I wasn't surprised when he offered me a pen to tip him.
The food took so much time to come even with few customers. I wondered how long it would take when there was more traffic. Note to self to never come here on a Saturday. When the food came, it was soo good. We had snail starters, seafood platter, pork ribs, buffalo wings, waffles and a milkshake. The seafood platter was a much better option. Their pork ribs and wings were good but not as good.
They are very deliberate with aesthetics and you can see that in the decor, lighting, how they serve their food. Our cocktails were decorated. The temperature was cool and it smelled great.
The restroom was fair with a very intentional plan to destroy the bad odor with air freshener blocks all over the place. It still smelled and there was no tissue in the rooms. It was not clean. I think the person in charge of maintaining the toilets is lazy.
There is a large parking space with security. There is a wheelchair entrance and a waiting space before you enter the main hall. The food is moderately priced but would be expensive for most people. 1 person would spend about 17,000 on a 3 course meal.
Because I loved the food, I'll definitely come back.

We had an amazing experience. I ordered the spur platter which had pork ribs, calamari strips, spicy chicken wings, prawns and fish with some rice and a milkshake and juice. The whole meal tastes great. The rice had a smokey taste like our Nigerian party jollof rice. And the staff did a birthday song for my son. We sure had a great time.

Been to Spur thrice and this particular branch once. Perfect at ICM, but here we had to wait for over an hour before our order came in, slightly excusable because they had heavy traffic that day, but our attendant should've at least kept us updated that it might take that long. Other than the initial order, every other thing that needed attending to, took too long; you'd have to speak to three different staff members on three different occasions to get things done. We were in a generally good mood that day, and the food was phenomenal else this would probably be more scathing. Go on a day when there isn't much human traffic and you'll definitely get your money's worth.

To start with, I'm giving them one star only cause I can't give zero star. God!???? Totally feels like a waste of money at their restaurant. Everything is wrong. Ambience felt like I was in a local shrine????. Their milkshake came with straw that seemed like I was having mouth workout, customer service is ????????. We had to beckon on their staff over and over before they attended to us????????u200d♂️

Spur has always been my favourite restaurant. So far, I've been to 3 branches and their consistency is amazing.

As always, I'd be doing a review based on popular requirements.

Atmosphere/Environment: I love how enclosed the space is. You get in and it feels like home.

Seat comfortability: I've visited quite a lot of restaurants and so far, Spur's seats are the most comfortable. They're more like couches where you can rest your back. They're so soothing and comforting????. It's one of the major reasons I keep going back.

Customer service: Their customer service is great and consistent so far. I've not had a negative customer experience with them. Their waiters are warm and kind. I wish the other branches could start giving sweets like Spur Sangotedo????

Meal price: Fairrrrrr is the word. With 2,500, you can get a plate of rice, salad and chicken side (see last picture). The portion used to be bigger until the recent inflation. I mean, you can't blame them????. But the prices are fair compared to other top restaurants.

I highly recommend!

Best Pizza ever! Fantastic steakhouse. Courtesy from all staff. I will definitely come again.
