Great facility and very friendly coach.The massage I got after working out was great,I actually told the coach not to stop.I was stretched and massage to the point I hear my bones cracking n the back pain,I had always have relieved me. But I don't like the fact that they don't open on Sunday.But hey our lord Jesus' said we should rest on Sunday.

Fitness plus is confidently located on Herbert Macaulay Way, a clean environment with very very friendly staff and experienced trainers who are always willing to help you reach your weight loss and wellness goals.
Fitness plus is my favorite gym in Yaba.

It is a good gym, has great vibes and committed staff. They pay attention to their clients.
Update: it's a bigger space now, still good vibes!
