Their entrainment unit wasn't working right, the room is spacious but the door to room I was offered required a great deal of effort to get it shut

Slow service.. bad rooms, reception room is overcrowded by non workers and non customers

It's an Inn NOT a Hotel. I don't know why they're calling it a hotel.

Very lovely place to be, the newly upgraded VIP lounge is super cozy. Environment is serene and good for children and family hangout.

Nice experience. I love the attendants but excesses of smoking should be reduced in the hotel. It disturbs other customers.

A fairly decent hotel for a low budget lodging. It can be noisy at night with music from the hotel's club.

The rooms aren't being maintained properly.
